Four Points by Sheraton Coral Gables

I was very pleased with the service provided by the receptionist Bella. She is extremely friendly and attentive. Moreover, the room was impeccably clean and very well organized.

Checked all the important boxes - clean, comfy bed with nice bedding, hot shower with good water pressure, and super friendly helpful staff.

Be aware, reservation was done through Booking.com and at the check-in hotel didn't have AVAILABLE room. I was told it was a glitch on the system. By the way, the same with other 6 different guests. But, the manager was able, after almost 2 hours, she was able to find room for us.

- the room was, though not very big, well designed for functionality. - location. The neighborhood is safe and you can find places to dine and shop at Merrick mall.

Loved that you had parking on site and the price was pretty good for the area
