Be aware, reservation was done through Booking.com and at the check-in hotel didn't have AVAILABLE room. I was told it was a glitch on the system. By the way, the same with other 6 different guests. But, the manager was able, after almost 2 hours, she was able to find room for us.

Everyone that we encountered at the property was excellent! A special shoutout to Diego - he went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect. I made a mistake on my end, and he stepped in to save the day! Best customer service I have had in so long!

The staff at the desk were incredibly helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The young man who helped us this morning, I think his name was Diego, was excellent, a real treasure!

I was very pleased with the service provided by the receptionist Bella. She is extremely friendly and attentive. Moreover, the room was impeccably clean and very well organized.

We like that the hotel was located central from the places we were visiting, quiet, and safe. Also, that they was a mall across for awesome shopping and wonderful restaurants.
